Welcome to Schoolscapes the Outdoor Play Equipment Specialists

Schoolscapes have been manufacturers and suppliers of playground equipment and outdoor furniture to schools and local authorities since 1996. Our play equipment is designed with safety as the highest priority but always with the emphasis on FUN and value for money.

Schoolscapes provides a full design, manufacturing and installation service for anything from a small quiet area to a large multi-play tower unit or adventure trail. Many of our school playground equipment items can be supplied for self assembly which helps stretch the budget a little further.

2008 saw us moving into larger manufacturing premises and our 'Large Projects' special design team are building on their successes to bring you exciting solutions to your design challenges.

Our experience in landscape design makes us the ideal partner in the provision of 'Natural Play' which uses and enhances the existing features of the school grounds to provide a 'Learning in the Outdoor Classroom' experience, allowing older children to enjoy the benefits of play in a natural setting and younger pre-school and KS1 children to explore the natural environment in the safe surroundings of the school grounds.

We have one of the widest ranges of outdoor furniture, play equipment and environmental products available in the UK and we are able to supply international customers through our partners CES Holdings. Products available to customers in the USA and Canada will be featured at www.schoolscapes.com and www.schoolscapes.ca (sites currently under construction).

Assembly and Installation

The majority of Schoolscapes' smaller products are delivered to you either fully assembled and ready to use, or in part assembled form. Final assembly is simply a matter of bolting or screwing together sections using the fixings provided and following some clearly set out instructions. Our Gazebo, Pergola, Shade Sails, Tension Structures, Play Tower and Play Trail ranges are constructed on site by our professional installation teams.

Manufactured product features

Our products feature recessed and capped fixings and are made from planed, smooth, pressure treated Redwood with rounded over edges. Many products also feature galvanised, stainless steel and HDPE colourfast components.
