After Care Service

The service that you receive from Schoolscapes doesn’t just stop when we come off site, we remain fully committed to you even after the ribbon is cut. We want to ensure that your playground remains in first class condition so that everyone can benefit from it as much as possible, year after year.

Although we use only the best quality and highly durable materials in all our installations, natural wear and tear means that the play area must be maintained purposes to keep it in tip top condition and looking as good as the day that it was installed.

We offer PDF files of our General Maintenance Instructions as well as Daily & Weekly Maintenance and Safety Inspection Sheets, both of which you can download from the Resources section of our website.

As part of our Aftercare service you’ll receive a pack containing our guarantee certificates, for equipment and for surfacing as well as helpful advice to help keep your play equipment and surfacing ready to deal with the school year - year after year.
