Young Adult Rider
The Rider is an easy to use piece of exercise equipment and perfect for any full body workout. The user will be seated in an upright position, but not too dissimilar to how they would on a Rower. Using their arms and legs, they must push and pull against the resistance, moving their body up and down. Suitable for users of 11 years and above, the user can set their own pace to suit their own endurance and strength, building their stamina, cardio and muscular strength.
